Is it normal for my doctor to squeeze my nipple during a regular breast exam?

I keep trying to google it and just find a bunch of articles about past doctors who were fired for it. My doctor is Female but it just is weird. She’s always squeezed my nipple during an exam since she started giving me the exams. Just doesn’t seem right, like i’ve never been told to squeeze my nipple besides by her. and idk what to do.
