Which new health insurance to buy? Plz Help!

Hi I really need to find a better health insurance for my mother. Her current insurance doesn’t cover much CT scan ($2780 w current insurance) and colonoscopy, etc. Does anyone know what is a better and affordable insurance that can cover more exams ? (She currently has Oscar care via Obama care) Is it better to not buy through Obama care? Please help, any advice is appreciated! Thank You!!
