Kids given wrong Covid vaccine

My two under 5 year old kids were given Pfizer vaccines when we specifically booked appointments for Moderna. We confirmed before the appointment multiple times and spent significant effort finding Moderna shots in our area. When they gave us the vaccination cards we were surprised to find Pfizer on them. What should we do?
