Get the cost of a specific treatment from hospital

A friend of my cousin is getting cancer treatment in the US. The patient doesn't speak English so everything was arranged through an agent. The patient's mother is concerned that the agent is ripping them off by reporting inflated treatment cost. I tried to search the hospital's pricing transparency file but couldn't find any information regarding this specific treatment. Is it possible for me to call the hospital for an answer? Patient is paying cash out of pocket, no insurance.
