The pharmacy gave me my new medication, but the prescription details (including patient’s name, address, phone number, medical condition, medication, dosage, prescription number, and what seems to be some information about insurance) is someone else’s. Which means that my personal information probably ended up in strange hands.
Is there a place to report this mistake? What should I do?
