A patient who has a Living Will that stipulates there is to be no artificial feeding to sustain life - all duly /legally signed, sealed and delivered and witnessed several years before.
Now in late-stage Alzheimer's and will not eat. In a facility that says they cannot accommodate the Living Will stipulations because they cannot just sit back & see the patient wither away (starve).
Guess it gonna end up in the courts - ??????????????
