Hi (boy, 16 years)
I have been struggling with my "swollen and fat face" for a really long time. I have a really low percentage of body fat (abdominal muscles, veins on my arms), I drink 6-7 liters of water a day so I'm very good hydrated. In the morning I use ice on my face but it only helps temporarily. Why am I not exaggerating? My face looks much thicker than my friend who has 25% body fat. I don't go out to people because I'm ashamed of what my face looks like, BUT THERE IS ONE IMPORTANT ISSUE THAT MAY MATTER.
- After strength training, my face looks really normal - just like I would like it to look. Comparing the photos before and after training, I look completely different - the face becomes so flat and not swollen. - of course, the next day in the morning everything returns to normal; (What can this mean? What happens during such training that this face becomes normal? And how to always look like this? I think it could be crucial in finding a solution. .....
