Do I just die?

I am 27 and my doctor wants me to get a endoscopy + colonoscopy, but my insurance won’t cover the procedure because I’m under 50. I make too much before expenses for hospital financial assistance, but with rent and student loan payments alone I really don’t make much and so can’t afford the procedure out of pocket. So do I just…hope I don’t have cancer?
