Tell me why providers and members are assholes to call center reps? The fact that you lil shits have the audacity to talk down on someone and call them names just because someone can’t help you is outrageous. There are laws in place because people need protection and if you can’t verify who you are then boo-fucking-hoo. A lot of you assholes need to be beat the shit out of. Now I’m not saying the people that work at call centers are sun shine and rainbows, but they put up with you fuckers daily. Always saying the same dumb shit trying to them to release information they can’t because it’s illegal or your just lazy as hell.
