Anyone else have medical debt AND student loan debt?

I was born and live in the USA (probably obvious from title). Just wondering if anyone else has this or if I’m the only one. I was pushed into debt starting at age 18 for school and with unexpected medical expenses the debt is now more than $500,000 combined. There is no way in my lifetime it will ever get paid down likely, but what are my options and how do I emotionally process this?
