Looking to have a healthcare specific app created. Was gonna call ghostbusters but they've got COVID, now who do I call!!!

How can I find a community of folks who develop healthcare related apps, web-apps, mobile apps etc? I have several clients looking to build a variety of apps. Some may require HIPAA compliance, others don't.

Should I be concerned if developers don't have certain certifications or is it just based on if they can do the work on time and on budget?
