I got irregular blood results on my portal and was experiencing some side effects from an anti anxiety I was put on. I asked to speak with the Doctor about both was told his assistant would get the message and call me back. They never did. Then today I was trying to get referrals for a couple of specialists the Doctor already approved faxed to their offices and they're not picking up. In fact when I press 0 to speak to an operator it just hangs up on me. I plan to go in person tomorrow, I also plan to switch PCPs and contacted a law firm about possible damages. I'm pissed. Even if they suspected I was a hypochondriac what's their purpose? Cruelty? "Oh here are your irregular blood work results, don't contact us about it. What's that you're feeling weird side effects from your meds which went away after you stopped taking them? Tough, deal with it."
