Quoted $300+ per month for basic healthcare. Is this correct/normal?

I just turned 26 and am off my parents plan. I’m married but file taxes separately from my wife. We live in KS and I’m an independent contractor. I only make $19,000 a year and the cheapest price healthcare.gov quoted me was $300 a month. I only get 1 monthly generic depression prescription. I go to a free clinic to have it refilled. Is this really how much healthcare costs??
