General Curiosity: How many of you are often contacted by potential hypochondriacs for questions?

This question came to mind after I emailed a healthcare professional a question, I realized felt a little absurd after typing it out. I blame Google searching about the illness for my reaction, but it made me wonder how often you guys get asked questions by people in a panic about major illnesses after a minute suspicion, or basically suspected hypochondriacs.
