My brother is a Type 1 diabetic and I heard you get cut from your parents’ health insurance plan when you turn 26. What will he do?

I’m obviously American. My brother and I are twins. We turn 19 soon, so 26 is kinda far away, but I was curious of what options he would have to get the supplies he needs for his Type 1 diabetes.
