Do you think vaccine boosters will be mandated/required?

Hi all, would love to get your thoughts on the CDC's new booster guidelines - saying that all adults SHOULD now get a booster. Because of this recommendation - do you think booster shots will be added to current vaccine mandates? Do you think employers - especially healthcare facilities - will require them?
