What is the first step to legitimately getting a personal grant for mental health treatment?

I am struggling more than I ever have. I found residential treatment programs in my state that are perfect for what I need, but they are over $40k. How does one go about getting a personal grant? I made an account on sahmsa but it seems like 99.99 % of the grants on there are not for individuals. If anyone can point me in the direction of a legitimate website / trusted source I would be so grateful. I need treatment and I need help more than ever.
