[Question - Insurance] Preventative visit code

I recently changed jobs and with my new insurance I have a high deductible but preventative services are covered at 100% no matter how many times I visit the Dr. I have high blood pressure and diabetes and visit the Dr. every quarter to get H1C and BP measured and the Dr. tweaks the prescription strength accordingly. I am not getting a straight answer from either the Drs office or the insurance company if this visit counts under preventative visit. Would anyone know how this would be billed? Any suggestions to make sure the Drs office can mark this as preventative as opposed to office visit? Money is tight right now and I cannot afford this out of pocket cost. Please and thank you.
