Over the past year I have been able to reach new fitness goals I’ve put out for myself . I’ve gained 30 to 40 pounds in just a year. Since doing so these past 2 months or more I have realized some poor blood flow towards my hands. I may get some slight numbness in my forearms or tingles in my hands . I tend to only realize this when my elbows are bent for several minutes at a time. I’m curious if I should be concerned, or if it’s normal. Either way I do plan on starting a new vitamin regime for basic health and to see if it helps.
