I don't know when exactly this issue started, but its driving me insane.
So I am not the most healthy person, I'm 5'9 and around 180lbs. I try and exercise and am trying to lose weight. But its hard to keep motivation. Except when I'm trying to go to bed.
For some reason whenwver I try to go to bed to sleep. My legs start to feel weird and I cam't fall asleep. And the only way I have found on how to fix this is by doing a ton of leg exercises. I walk, I squat, I lunge, etc. But even tonight (at the time of writing its 6:30 am for me, I can't sleep because of this) I've done over 200 lunges, I don't even know how many squats, and my legs still feel weird. And I can't sleep because of it because I just need to do leg exersice.
The weird thing is that this only ever happens when I am in bed. And I am ready to fall asleep but I have to keep getting up and doing leg stuff. Has anyone had similair experience and knows whats wrong with my legs?
