Hi, so recently I started getting small red spots on my hands + forearms. They’re only a small bit raised, and some spots aren’t at all, and aren’t itchy, but do hurt a little to touch. The area around the red is white (for bigger spots). The spots in which they appear seem to match with each other for the most part (ie. two spots at the base of my pinky, both left and right side).
This has never happened before to me so I’m rather confused. I’m not allergic to anything (I’m lactose intolerant though), haven’t been sick for almost a year and my dietary habits have not changed largely in recent days. Also haven’t had any covid vaccines (but will next month), in case anyone thinks it could be because of that. Any ideas?
