[Question - Other] Mentally Disabled Person without Insurance and Low Income has cancer, looking for advice. (US Resident)

Hello, As the title states I have a mentally disabled sibling who makes extremely low income (I believe it's less than 8k a year) and may have ovarian cancer, but they really can't afford the doctor visits currently being asked of them including a mammogram. They are asking for these payments up front, so dealing with this situation is becoming increasingly difficult. It honestly makes me sad, because they've already spent almost all of the tiny savings they had. I'm offering to help my family in anyway I can, but I'm not super duper rich. So, I'm just wondering if there's any help out there for my sibling financially. She makes such low income she doesn't even qualify for any tax credits with the ACA. Hopefully someone has some ideas outside of the usual GoFundMe route.
