[Question-Other] Is this possible?

I have heard people say that the Long term impacts of the covid19 vaccine are not yet known. Is it really possible for a vaccine which someone got injected into their body at age 21, to start showing side effects years later? Or is it true that any side effects would have been found within a few weeks-months of getting the vaccine?
