I need to create a case scenario for interviews. For background (if needed), my organization is a mental health clinic with nurse practitioners and psychotherapists. I have tried Googling but I can't find anything! Tried to search in this sub for stories but still couldn't find anything here either. I am hoping to be able to kind of generalize the story so we can determine how the interviewee would address such problems.
I say "horror stories" because I'd like to read about an intense or critical problem you've experienced. However, it doesn't have to be at a super high level of intensity!!
Your stories could be relating to problems with patients, staff conflicts, insurance problems, etc. Also, what was your solution(s)?
You could even give me a hypothetical scenario! I am only an exec assistant and this is my first healthcare job. I'm still learning about healthcare terminology and processes, but I am one of the few who runs interviews so this could still be beneficial for me to know outside of interviewing.
