[Question - Other] Do nurses prepare vaccines in front of their patients?

how are patients supposed to know what is really in the syringe? Recently, an anti vax nurse injected 8,600 of her patients with saline instead of the covid-19 vaccine. how do I know what I am getting is the vaccine? will the nurse typically prepare the vaccine in front of their patient?
