[Question-Other] Cysts under scrotum skin?!

There are like maybe 50 or so like bumps underneath the skin of my scrotum. I was scared that this might be cancer. They are yellow and pop sometimes they aren’t even that big. I did some research and I’m pretty sure that they are cyst and am thinking about going to see a doctor. I’ve had them for about a year or so, they aren’t painful at all either. I was wondering also why they are there and how to get them to go away if they are epidermal cysts.b
