[Question - Insurance] seeking information

My parents immigrated to US at their late age. None of them can work here due to certain limitations. They both need regular medical access. I have tried healthcare.gov for them, but market place plans are very high, which is not affordable for me at all. What options do i have to get a health insurance for them?
