[Question - Insurance] Is this my whole ER Bill?

First time ER visitor

I live in the US Southern California

On June 3rd at Midnight I had to go to an ER out of network for crazy heart palpitations and short of breath

They got me in did EKG, X-Ray, blood draw with all sorts of blood tests, and kept me until morning.

Everything came back pretty much normal and I guess it was just my anxiety exacerbating the heart palpitations (whoops)

Anyway. I got a bill that on the top right says “TOTAL AMOUNT DUE UPON RECEIPT” and it’s $400.

I have HMO Silver insurance which thankfully I think covered most of the bill.

The second page lists the service date, invoice #, medical center, and the service description which says “EMERGENCY ROOM SERVICES”

However, On the first page under the account number and statement date it says “All Physicians and surgeons including the radiologist pathologist emergency physician anesthesiologist and others will be billed separately for their services”

So my question is is this really the full charge of my ER bill or are there other bills to come?
