[Question - Insurance] In-network PCP charged double the amount of self pay without insurance

I am trying to understand this whole health "insurance" thing. I have a poor high deductible health insurance. I went to a PCP and got billed $210. I called in the PCP's office to ask how much is the doctor's visit without insurance. They said it's $100. I am confused why am I paying double the amount to go to an in-network PCP? Am I missing something?
