I’m clueless when it comes to healthcare. I have a septoplasty scheduled but the cost is a bit daunting. Next year we are going to try to get pregnant (my partner will be the one carrying the child). We figure that if we wait to schedule my surgery around the same time that she starts having prenatal care, we will hit the out of pocket maximum sooner and thus the septoplasty will be cheaper.
Is that correct?
