[Question - Insurance] Are Insurances Getting Worse?

Has anybody else been seeing changes in their health insurances? Last month, I got dropped from my primary care physician because they don’t accept my health insurance any more. My friends are getting emails that hospitals that they have going to all their life may no longer carry their insurance because of contract renegotiations. I have never seen this before.
