[Other] What to do now?

Hi, I am 19 years old and currently lying in bed, because of a Covid Infection. My throat hurts very much and I'm constantly vommiting green flegma. Can someone advice me on what to do to get away with those pain and to feel healthy again? I also have fewer symptoms and swolen nose and my body hurts when walking. Please help me out!!!
