[Other] hospital trying to cover for evil nurse

Sorry idont know where else to post this. Long story short nurse was refusing my mom a doctor and medical care when unconscious and in critical condition. I asked the nurses several time for a doctor, got mad, waited still nothing, then comes this evil woman, who starts berating me "UR NOT GETTING A DOCTOR, I RUN THINGS AROUND HERE AND UR NOT GETING ONE" OVER AND OVER. Then I take out my camera and record her, caught her saying she doesn't need a doctor, walking out and slamming the door in my face and then she returns, I am still recording unfortunately she sees me recording and starts pretending to be kind and etc etc, it was awful as I watched my mother die, dealing with his malicious woman. I have her picture/video which I sent to lakeridge health patient experience team and they are trying to cover for her - either they don't reply with her full name or they redirect the message to someone else who makes up an excuse "we need to investigate" and then never replies. Emailed about 10x already always met with the same reply. What do I do???
