How to overcome vasovagal syncope, as someone who wants to join the life saving force as a firefighter [Question - Other]

First aid is one of the important things that firefighters will be trained on, what can I do to overcome vasovagal syncope as to allow me to perform first aid without having my blood pressure drop? (if possible permanently get rid of it)
