[Question - Other] Out of state order not accepted by facility

Hello. My wife got pregnant and is looking to get an ultrasound for confirmation and dating of pregnancy. We've been to our PCP but she declined to give the order for an ultrasound, we've also been to an urgent care, medical group, virtual visit and her gynecologist. However nobody was able to give her the ultrasound order and referred her to a pregnancy OB/Gyn, however all nearby specialists are booked over 2 months ahead. We were able to get the order from a virtual doctor through radiologyassist.com however it was an out of state doctor and now none of the nearby imaging centers want to accept out of state orders/referrals. What should we do at this point?
