[Question - Other] Can a DME provider transfer a prescription to a pharmacy?

If I have a prescription for a continuous glucose monitors (cgm) and sensors and through a durable medical equipment (DME) provider, and my insurance no longer covers CGMs under DME, doesy provider need to write me a new prescription at the pharmacy or will DME be able to transfer the Rx to a pharmacy?
