[Question - Insurance] Why did my 10 minute ER visit cost 90$ with health insurance.

I went to the doctor because I though my heart rate was high, I was around 90 BPMs when resting which basically made me uneasy. They just claimed it to be anxiety, in my opinion it probably is some sort of sugar or food intolerance increasing heart rate, or lack of exercise. I waited in the room for like 20 minutes, they signed me in which I assume should only cost like 10$ it only took like 5 minutes to do, then I got into the actual room. They basically put a heart monitor on me, and took it. That was it, no blood work, nothing at all. They told me it was fine and I probably had anxiety (which again was wrong), and then I left, took like 10 minutes in the actual room with 2 people actually talking to me (nurses of course). Then I saw the bill and it was 90$, with insurance. How can that even be 90$ WITH insurance, that is absurd. Literally anyone could have done there job, they didn't give me any treatment, any helpful advice, or anything at all just checked my heart rate which my phone could already do! I could have gotten the same results just by asking a friend to test my heart rate for free.

And again 90$ with insurance, so I probably paid EVEN more for that shit. How could it be this expensive?
