[Question - Insurance] Is there any particular wording or phrasing I can use to help my chances of getting mole removal covered by insurance?

I Do not have a clue if they are doing any harm, but I don't want to risk it. it is likely gonna cost me like $1000, and I would love to not have to pay all that by myself. Is there anything I can say or do to help my chances of this being covered?
