[Discussion] If you test positive for COVID-19…

Even if you test positive for COVID-19 (or rather, SARS-CoV-2 for the virus name) and you have the virus, that doesn’t necessarily mean you have the disease, right? And in the case of a fully vaccinated person, the person can still get infected but their vaccination means that they are much more likely to defeat the virus, right? (I’m asking out of curiosity, I’ve never tested positive for COVID-19.)
