So the ARP gave us the option to extend COBRA, but I was told because I had an HMO and had to move out of state I couldn't continue my coverage. Somehow they sounded surprised by this question -- anyone know if legally COBRA/ an employer is required (generally or in accordance with any ARP stipulations) to offer something comparable when someone loses their job due to Covid and has to move out of state? I just imagine...so many people are in this exact position?
