[Question - other] what if I don’t want to pay my bill

I went to the ER recently. They made me wait for over an hour, and I was getting too sick to stay there. I had no choice but to leave. So all they did was made me more sick and I did not receive any medical service, but they still charged me $430 for “triage”. I called them and talked to multiple people but they kept repeating like a broken record that this balance is correct. I’m not paying this. If I don’t pay it, what will happen? Is this going to affect my credit score? Im not worried about not being able to go to this hospital anymore. There are plenty of other options. I just can’t let them rob me for no reason.
