[Question - Other] $300 Telemedicine Visit?

Hi - Just asking if this is normal. I had a 15 minute telemedicine visit at a specialist (Gastro) that ended up costing $300. Insurance negotiated rates knocked it down to $199, but my question is, is this a normal cost? Or was I perhaps incorrectly billed? I have no copays and HDP so I was expecting at least $100 bill but $200 just seems really excessive for what it was.
