Hey r/Healthcare... I am currently looking for healthcare for my nursing school program. According to my guidelines, it has to be ACA certified.
I am looking for my family for some answers... Reason why is because my mom is currently looking at Medi-Share as an option for health insurance, but from what I’m understanding, it is not health insurance, is it? It’s more of a share plan?
If it’s not insurance, what would be some viable cheap options for healthcare coverage?
I also want to hear about coverage for later transitioning costs for myself, being a closeted trans woman... 😁
