Hello guys , My question maybe would same to be weird but I could find some answers. When I go out two days in a row or twice a day , I got exhausted and totally worn out which perplexes me a lot. I do not chronic illness or any severe injury. Introvertism could have a thing in that t still . I have to rest and stay indoors for couple of days until I could pull my self and head out.could someone tell what could it be ? Or something I can do to improve my energy levels. Btw, I follow a healthy regime and drink water regularly + green tea.
