[Discussion] Need opinions about Online Healthcare masters programs

So I keep seeing online masters programs in fields like Healthcare management, data science, medical coding etc..2 of those universities that I came across were Colorado Technical University and Northcentral University both of which are regionally accredited. Anyone know about their programs? For something like Healthcare, would employers care if I got it online? I feel like it will be obvious that it's online even if I don't mention since I'm working instate but I got my masters from out of state school? Would it hinder my employment in these fields once I graduate? Should I just look for in person schools? Thanks.
