Good morning, I'm a graduate student looking to understand office management roles within healthcare. I have questions about your daily responsibilities and what a day in your life is like. I only have a few questions and I would appreciate it if you could share your answers in the comments.
Questions:
- Are there challenges you face and how do you handle those challenges in your daily experiences?
- What were the requirements for your role, are there certifications you needed?
- Lastly, how do you interact with other roles such as the nursing services and how do you help improve them?
I'm would really appreciate your feedback so that I can understand the roles and questions I need to ask as I apply to jobs and get interviewed.
