[Question - Other] Why do I feel pressure on my skull, like a cramp

Ive always cracked my joints. Knuckles, wrists, ankles, toes, neck, back and even where my legs connect to my pelvis. About a year or two ago, sometimes when I crack my neck, I felt a shock shoot down my left arm. This also happened when I do push-ups after already exercising. But recently, I would get what seems to be a cramp. It feels like pressure on the left side of my skull. I was thinking it may be a spinal headache. But I googled it and I didn't have any of the symptoms. When I reposition my head and neck, the pain goes away, like a cramp. When I do nothing, it gets worse and feels like my head is going to explode. Well, not quite. The pain isn't very extreme but it feels like it would if it got continually worse. Does anybody know what this is and if it is a problem? This may not be important, but I dunno: I'm a 15 year old male. Ig bones are a bit weaker for me since Im a kid. Oh, also, I feel a need to always crack my neck. It feels uncomfortable and I would have to crack it to feel better. I haven't cracked it because I'm afraid of damaging my neck/spine because of too much cracking. Totally irrelevant but I also get ocular migraines and I have restless leg syndrome. Is there a way it treat that? It hasn't been much of a problem recently. The longest ocular migraine I got lasted about five or six seconds. Restless leg can last all day. My neck posture isn't very good either. I'm a gamer so that's kind of a given.
