[Question - Other] Do cellphones have radiation that cause cancer and infertility? And does looking at the for too long cause blindness?

I googled it and saw many articles but they all say different things. I haven’t found a clear answer. Some says they do and some says they don’t. I was hoping an actual doctor could answer this.
