[Question - other] Did I damage my eardrum? Should I see a doctor?

So I was cleaning my ear with a cotton bud. I accidentally pushed it way to deep in my ear with the other hand. It was painful and I heard a little ‘boom’. It’s not painful atm and I don’t see anything in the ear. Should I visit a doctor?
