[Other] Hospital financial aid won’t return my calls or make an appointment but sent my bills to collections.

I saw the LPT a few weeks ago about the financial assistance discounts provided by hospitals for those who need it. Well I qualify for the discount at UT Medical Center. They won’t return any of my calls or make an appointment with me. They’ve essentially made it impossible for me to apply. I owe more in bills than I am worth. My insurance has done their part and covered a lot of the cost. But I’m still hella in debt. And while I’ve been trying to figure this out, they sent my bill to collections. What course of action should I take? I’m at a loss and genuinely terrified of losing my house.
